About us

SpiderWeb Recruitment Ltd is a specialist Engineering & Technical Recruitment Agency based in Kent, serving the South East and rest of England.  We work specifically to help companies and job hunters in the search for their ideal job or employee.

ALL our Consultants have experience within Technical or Engineering jobs prior to working for us, and though it is not possible to have an in depth knowledge of everything, we think this gives a greater understanding of the markets and environments that our clients work in, than the traditional "Recruitment Agency" background of sales or cold-calling.

We like to work by referral, and gain much or our work, and many of our candidates this way.  While advertising has its place, not everyone gets access to the specialist publications, press or even internet so they cannot be relied on alone.  Often the best jobs and best candidates never need to advertise themselves, and are filled by personal recommendation.  By cultivating relationships with the Engineers we help, and our growing list of clients we hope to make sure more and more of our candidates are in the right place at the right time.
